Understanding needs and readiness

Menal partners works hand in hand with customers to assess their business processes, tools, documentation and its critical requirements. These assessments help Menal Partners understand the client readiness and their long-term success criteria for Outsourcing. We work with clients to understand the current state of Infrastructure & tools for potential outsourced work, their existing business processes, and standard work, and KPIs that are critical to Client operations

Building the Outsourced Team

During initial engagement and discussions, a big focus is on clearly understanding the client requirements for outsourced roles. Once a clear job description is built, Menal Partners team’s moves into recruiting phase. Our recruiting team will work with the vendor network to identify the right fit. During this process Menal Partners will work closely with the client on making sure that selected candidates are screened and finalized by the customer. This process usually takes 2-4 weeks.

The outsourcing process with Menal Partners is simple and straightforward. We start by working with you to understand your business needs and goals. Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements, we will recommend the best outsourcing solution for you.

If you decide to outsource with Menal Partners, we will take care of everything from recruiting and hiring your team to setting up their workspace and providing them with the necessary training. We will also work with you to develop a communication plan so that you can stay in touch with your offshore team and ensure that they are meeting your expectations.

Onboarding, Management, and Monitoring

Once the hiring is completed, we engage with key client resources to onboard and train newly hired staff. This includes training on procedures, key systems & applications, and learning about key client contacts for ongoing communication. During this phase, we work with the client to establish how the planning, assignment, and execution of daily activities will be managed between domestic and offshore teams.
Once the outsourced team is set up and the work rhythm is regular, the Menal Partners management team will structure the report on KPIs and set up business review meetings at regular intervals to keep a pulse on progress and make necessary course corrections.
